The PMPA
Digest is the most current and comprehensive source of cases that interpret the PMPA. While other research tools contain limited information on issues relevant to the petroleum industry, the Digest focuses solely on court decisions involving the PMPA. Organized chronologically by PMPA subsection, the Digest puts the case law you need at your fingertips.
Subscribers can search the Digest by case name or citation, or simply scroll through the table of contents and summaries. Access to cases is easily made via LexisNexis (registration with LexisNexis is an additional cost, if you are not already a LexisNexis subscriber). Slip opinions are now available to online subscribers via a tab on the PMPA Digest Main Menu.
The annual fee for unlimited access to this online service is $150.00 for each individual user in your firm, and $550.00 for an unlimited number of users within your firm.
