    Preliminary injunction granted franchisee because serious questions about misbranding and failure to pay. The correct amount owed, when it accrued and when credit was last extended were sharply disputed by the parties. Also, a question of whether franchisor gave termination within 120 days of acquiring knowledge of the alleged grounds.
