Butler v. Sun Refining and Marketing Co., 658 F. Supp. 858 (D. Md. 4-29-87)

Summary judgment for franchisor. Franchisees signed a mutual termination agreement in order to get franchisor to agree to assignment of franchise to a third party. Even though agreement provided that franchise would be reassigned to franchisees by assignee in event of default, all of franchisees' rights in franchise ended when the mutual termination agreement was signed.
