Preliminary injunction granted to enjoin nonrenewal based on a failure to agree. Serious questions were raised as to whether certain renewal terms were imposed in good faith, including the failure of the lease to specify rent for years two and three, and the reasonableness of the pricing term (based on the fact that the franchisor's company-operated stations sometimes sold gasoline at retail at lower prices than those charged by the franchisor to the competing dealers it supplied).
