    Partial summary judgment for franchisor. The court found that a lease provision requiring timely payment of rent was reasonable and of material significance. Franchisee indisputably failed to pay rent in accordance with the lease. Held that termination in this case was lawful pursuant to this section or § 2802(b)(2)(B) or § 2802(b)(2)(C)-(c)(8).
