    Preliminary injunction granted because issue of whether the occurrence of franchisee's alleged criminal acts and his failure to comply with the laws under § 2802 (c)(11) or his conviction seven months later trigger the "event" under this section allowing franchisor to use misconduct to terminate. The former occurred beyond the 120-day limitation. See Heller II infra
