    SJ for franchisor. Franchisee abandoned station when franchisor required him to pay cash for product. Franchisee had burden of proving that franchisor and not themselves terminated the franchise. Notice provision did not apply because franchisor did not terminate the franchise. Franchisee abandoned station.
