    SJ for franchisor. Finding the dealer supply agreement and credit card contracts were not contracts of adhesion in this lengthy decision about pricing, rental and other aspects of the petroleum marketing business, the court noted "even if a fiduciary relationship did exist, plaintiffs' breach of fiduciary duty claims would appear to be preempted . . . by the PMPA."
