Case, which had been removed to federal court, was remanded to state court. Although defendant filed a counterclaim seeking recovery under the PMPA, plaintiff’s complaint contained only state law claims, and no federal questions were presented on the face of the complaint. Therefore, the federal court lacked subject matter jurisdiction.
